Will my item look exactly like the picture?

Today's Furniture makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. Please note: We are not responsible for color variations or measurements that slightly off (three inches or less). All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.

Will the furniture require assembly?

Most items require some assembly unless the product specifically states fully assembled. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions. Typical tools that you may need include a hammer, an adjustable wrench and screwdrivers. Please email us if you want to check on specific items.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is Included in all of our prices. There are no additional fees or hidden charges. The price you see next to each item is all you pay.

Can I get a printed receipt?

Yes. You will receive a receipt via email that you can print and keep for your records.

Why does it say FUTON FURNITURE & MORE on my credit card statement?

"FUTON FURNITURE & MORE" is the parent company of TodaysFurniture.com. All credit cards are processed through "FUTON FURNITURE & MORE"

When will my credit card be billed?

Your credit card will be billed at the time you submit your order. We utlilize state of the art, real time credit card verification and processing in conjunction with Wells Fargo Bank and Authorize.net, world leaders in real time ecommerce.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

TodaysFurniture.com is located in Maryland and must collect a 6% sales tax from customers residing in Maryland. If you live in another state, it is up to you to comply with applicable sales taxes in your state.

Is my purchase made on a secure server?

Today's Furniture provides today's best available means to safeguard your transactions. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL 148bit encryption. When you enter your credit card number it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form, and then decoded when it gets to us.

Although we consider transmitting your credit card information over the Internet in a secure manner such as ours extremely safe, should you feel uncomfortable for any reason you can place your order by phone at 1-410-643-5990 during our regular business hours, 10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Eastern Time.

Do you honor manufacturers warranties?

Yes. Each product is packaged with the manufacturers warranty and service information detailing there specific terms and conditions. Please read this information carefully. We encourage you to complete the warranty form and to send it to the manufacturer.

What if I buy something and don't like it?

We are located in the state of Maryland.

What are your hours?

Our customer service hours are Tuesday thru Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9an-3pm EST/EDT. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

If I order more than one item, will they all arrive at the same time?

Yes. All like products ship together. We do not back order anything unless authorized by you.

What happens if my product is damaged during shipment?

Our products are packaged in such a manner that they will arrive at your home in almost all cases without damage. In rare occasions, shipping damage may occur. If your order arrives damaged, please accept the order and make a notation on the freight bill that there was damage. Please then E-mail us so that we can make arrangements to ship a replacement.

Can I specify a specific day for delivery?

The delivery services we use cannot, unfortunately, specify specific days for delivery.
