- It’s that easy! Within a few minutes of submitting your order you will receive an “Order Confirmation” via email.
The confirmation will contain
- Your name, shipping address and telephone number
- The product description and price charged to your credit card
- Please review your information carefully and notify us immediately of any changes. The day after your order ships we will notify you via email.
The Shipment Notification will contain:
- The Tracking Number
- A link to the FedEx or UPS web site for real time order tracking

You can place your order by telephone Monday thru Friday 10am - 5pm Eastern (800) 567-9118.
3. Order By Mail
Print This Form. Fill out the form completely and mail it, along with your check to the address on the form.
