Shipping Information

TodaysFurniture.com currently ships to all locations with in the contiguous 48 states. We CAN NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO's, FPO's, Hawaii, Alaska or International Service (including Canada).

Shipping Charges: FREE!

Estimated Ship Time:

  • 2-9 Business Days
  • Most items on Today's Furniture are shipped by either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Oversized items are shipped via LT trucking and are curb side delivery only and may have longer shipping times.
  • Estimated Ship Times are typical but not guaranteed.

Estimated Transit Time:

  • 2-7 Business Days
  • Orders are shipped directly from the respective factories.
  • Estimated Transit Times are typical but can vary depending on your proximity to the factory.

Total time from order date to arrival at your home:

  • 4-14 Business Days. Some oversize items that ship LTL may have longer shipping and arrival times.

Shipment Notification:

  • You are notified in 1-2 business days from the day it ships via email.
  • You are given the "Tracking Number" for your order and a link to the delivery companies web site so you track you order in real time.

Multiple Piece Shipments:

Many of our products are packed in more that one box. It is not uncommon for multiple box shipments to arrive on different days.

Carton Inspection:

  • Inspect all product cartons prior to signing the delivery documentation or receiving any items into your home.
  • Verify that all cartons are intact and in good condition.
  • For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
  • DO NOT refuse the delivery.
  • In most cases your product will come with a toll free number enclosed should replacement parts be necessary.
  • Items damaged by the carrier will be re Delivered Price at no additional charge to you.
  • DO NOT refuse the shipment (regardless of what the driver tells you). Most of the products we sell are un assembled. This means that there are multiple pieces in each box. We have systems in place to send parts if needed. If there is damage, note the damage on the drivers paper work, accept the delivery, and notify us. We will make arrangement to send replacement parts out to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though we offer free or included shipping there are real shipping costs involved. If you cancel an order after it ships OR refuse an order, for any reason, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% as well as the actual shipping charges. Items damaged by the carrier will be re Delivered Price at no additional charge provided the appropriate notations were made on the original delivery paperwork.
